My name is Clarice Elliott and I have lived in Rockwall, Texas for the past 16 years, where I was the music teacher/choir director at Nebbie Williams Elementary School. I retired in 2013 to teach piano privately in my home.
I have a Bachelor of Music from Southern Methodist University where I studied piano with Alfred Mouledous. I also have a Master of Education from the University of North Texas, and 30 years of teaching music to elementary age students, with 16 years of teaching private piano lessons. I am a member of the Music Teachers National Association, Texas Music Teachers Association, and currently president of the Rockwall Music Teachers Association.
I have extensive experience accompanying choirs and soloists in the public school, college, and church setting.
I love teaching young children because I LOVE to see them grow and experience music! I also enjoy teaching adults! I will treat each student as an individual and provide a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for learning.
